Songwriter Diane Warren Wishes Tiger Were Smiling over Ted Cruz's Dead Body

After Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) tweeted a picture of a tiger-skin rug that he purchased for his Houston office, songwriter Diane Warren said she wished the tiger were smiling over Cruz’s dead body. 

Warren, who eventually deleted the tweet, wrote:

Fuck U Texas senator ted cruz U for smiling over that beautiful murdered animal. I wish It could trade places w U and smile over ur body.

Twitchy, which noted that Warren has written songs for Aerosmith and Toni Braxton, captured the tweet. 

Warren also claimed to speak on behalf of all “gays, minorities, and especially ducks” when she blasted A&E and the Robertson family.
