Kid Rock's Sex Toy Subpoenaed in ICP Sexual Harassment Suit

LAS VEGAS, July 24 (UPI)–Insane Clown Posse’s bizarre year in court continued Wednesday, as a judge ordered Kid Rock to produce a glass phallus as evidence in the ongoing sexual harassment suit against the hardcore rappers by their former publicist.

Andrea Pellegrini is suing ICP-owned Psychopathic Records, alleging harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and infliction of emotional distress during her three-year tenure as ICP’s publicist. The suit specifically names ICP members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, a.k.a. Joseph Bruce and Joseph Utsler, and ICP manager William Dale.

Among other offenses, Pellegrini claims Psychopathic Records employee Daniel “Dirty Dan” Diamond offered her a phallic glass sex toy when she changed her relationship status to “single” on Facebook. Pellegrini declined the gift, and Diamond later gave it to Robert James Ritchie, better known as increasingly genre-less pop star Kid Rock. He has 14 days to produce the phallus.

Despite Pellegrini’s suit and a recent decision upholding the FBI’s right to classify ICP superfans as a “loosely organized hybrid gang,” the Dark Carnival marches on with the 15th annual Gathering of the Juggalos kicking off Wednesday in Thornville, Ohio.

According to Psychopathic Records, the Gathering of the Juggalos attracts ICP fans from around the world and features wrestling, comedians, DJs, sideshows, carnival rides and artist seminars, in addition to live music.

Pellegrini attended the four-day event in 2012 and described her experience as a “a living hell.”
