An untouched lingerie photograph of supermodel Cindy Crawford has gone viral on Twitter after being leaked. It reveals that she looks absolutely stunning, even after all these years.

The leaked photo shows Crawford posing for Marie Claire two years ago, at age 47, wearing nothing but a black bra, underwear, and a furry coat.

“No matter where the photo came from, it’s an enlightenment — we’ve always known Crawford was beautiful, but seeing her like this only makes us love her more,” wrote the magazine in response to the image being leaked. “[The photo] is real, it is honest, and it is gorgeous.”

The mother of two admits she’s dedicated to maintaining her figure, but more importantly, setting a good example for her daughter.

“I was never one of the skinny skinny girls who could eat whatever they wanted, so I certainly exercise and try to eat right,” she said. “But at the same time, I try to be a good role model for my daughter in terms of just excepting myself…I just try to lead by example…I don’t want her to think that taking care of yourself means depriving yourself and not having fun.”

Crawford was once an engineering major but decided to put college on the back burner to focus on her modeling career — and it’s a good thing she did.

The midwestern beauty, originally hailing from Illinois, found success through her trademark mole and curves, (34-25.5-36.)

Crawford was among modeling’s “Big Six” more than 20 years ago and was named the highest paid model in the world by Forbes in 1995.

The “big six” included five other supermodels who made no less than $10,000 a day for a single photo shoot.

Now the almost 49-year-old remains the epitome of a woman, comfortable in her own skin, embracing the aging process, while other industry figures chase youth through surgeries and Botox.

The fashion industry is cutthroat and often a shallow world, where women are judged based solely on their bodies and their resumé. Crawford exudes grace and confidence in a natural way, after more than a decade away from the spotlight, and that is worthy of respect.

“If women would treat themselves with the same kind of love they give to their friends, that would be such a great gift we could give ourselves…What makes you the most attractive is self-confidence. That’s what people see,” she told Marie Claire.

Kudos to you, Ms. Crawford. It takes guts to step in front of a camera, knowing full-well you’ll be subjected to the opinions of all the cynics in society… Being unafraid to be yourself, and by yourself.

That is true feminism.
