Actor and rapper Markice “Kesan” Moore, best known for playing Andrew on Season 3 of The Walking Dead, reportedly attempted to commit suicide this week.

According to TMZ, Moore was found unresponsive at his Woodland Hills home Tuesday morning after overdosing on a mixture of Xanax and tequila. The actor was rushed to the hospital, where he was placed on a psychiatric hold, but has since been released and is undergoing therapy.

Moore reportedly made a suicide video in which he explained to his children why he wanted to end his life.

“At this time, Mr. Moore is focused on getting the help he needs and moving forward with his life to live it to the fullest,” the actor’s manager told Us Weekly. “He has a bright future ahead of him that he is looking forward to. We ask that you respect his privacy while he is taking time to heal and keep Markice and his family in your prayers.”

In addition to his role on The Walking Dead, Moore had a role in the 2006 film ATL. He also guest-starred on an episode of Army Wives in 2010.
