This unidentified street performer was caught on video multiple times dancing to Jackson’s 1983 hit “Beat It” Monday, among other hits, as mobs of people hurled objects at police officers and set fires to businesses and others buildings.

The Baltimore Sun reported Tuesday Baltimore Police say they have received a “credible threat” that rival gangs in the city have partnered up to “take out” law enforcement officers.
Per the report, police have received information that members of “various gangs” — including the Black Guerrilla Family, the Bloods and the Crips — have “entered into a partnership,” according to a statement.
