Actress Jessica Biel has teamed up with activist Saundra Pelletier to develop a new web series about sex education.

The New York Post reports Biel, who gave birth to her son Silas in April, is drawing from her own experiences trying to get pregnant with husband Justin Timberlake after coming off birth control two years ago.

“I’ve been on the Pill for so long; how hard will it be to get pregnant,” Biel told Glamour magazine. “Suddenly I realized I really didn’t know what’s going on inside my own body. It was shocking.”

The videos will stream on Pelletier’s WomanCare Global website, and will educate women on everything from contraception to menstruation.

WomanCare Global is a nonprofit organization founded by Pelletier, which aims to create both sustainable and affordable access to women’s reproductive products, per the site.

“We want girls to know what their [body is going through] so they don’t feel scared or ashamed or gross,” said Biel. “We want to share girls’ stories, fears, and insecurities. The tone is informative but also goofy, smart, witty.”
