Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton paid a “surprise visit” to Beyoncé during last week’s fundraising trip to Los Angeles.
Us Weekly magazine reports that Clinton stopped by a music video set on Thursday, March 24.
A source close to the surprise meet up did not divulge if Clinton will appear in the video.
The Hollywood gossip publication reports Beyoncé is currently working on new songs and videos that will likely debut in April.
The singer dropped her Black Lives Matter-friendly “Formation” single and video last month prior to her controversial Super Bowl 50 performance. The video for “Formation” contains shots involving white police officers harassing young black people, and also includes a shot of graffiti that reads “stop shooting us.”
When performing the song at the Super Bowl, the singer and her back-up dancers dressed as members of the Black Panther Party.
Hillary praised Beyoncé while speaking to a crowd at a town hall in Iowa City, Iowa last December.
“I want to be as good a president as Beyonce is a performer,” Hillary responded after she was asked if she would rather be Beyoncé or president.
Entertainment Weekly reported earlier this month Hillary’s campaign curated a list of songs from her favorite female artists in honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day.
The playlist included songs from Beyoncé, as well as Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Madonna, and Missy Elliott.
Per Federal Election Commission documents obtained by National Journal, Clinton’s “favorite” music actually comes from a consultant firm in Oregon, which was paid $9,000 by her campaign, according to the Daily Caller.
