Robert Davi Has ‘A Lot to Say’ on New Talk Radio Show

Hollywood conservative and Breitbart columnist Robert Davi is “excited as heck” about his new show on Talk Radio Network.

The veteran actor and steadfast supporter of Republican Donald Trump’s presidential campaign kicked off the first episode of the tentatively-titled The Robert Davi Show last week on TRN.

Davi takes over for the late Jerry Doyle, who passed away in July after a 12-year stretch hosting The Jerry Doyle Show on the network.

“The great wonder of radio is it is still the medium of the imagination — it requires the listener to engage, and they can be transported even beyond cinema,” Davi told Breitbart of his new program. “I am honored, humbled and excited as heck to no longer feel muzzled, and I hope to provide that same feeling to my listeners!”

Davi — best known for his roles in films like Die Hard, License to Kill and The Iceman but also a top-10 Billboard jazz artist with his debut album Davi Sings Sinatra — said he had met Talk Radio Network CEO Mark Masters in 2009, after having been introduced by Andrew Breitbart.

Davi described Masters as “one of the most knowledgable and interesting personalities I have ever met, with a deep love of our country.”

“I must say I was flattered [when asked to do the show], but more importantly, deep down, I knew I had a lot to say and share,” Davi said.

“Like many of you, I have seen our nation in decline,” he added. “We are in the battle for the soul of America and voices must cry out from the wilderness. America lies in the balance; the policies of the progressive Communist Left and and GOP elites have brought us to this precipice. Now more than ever, we need to inspire, and galvanize around Donald Trump.”

In announcing Davi as Doyle’s replacement, Masters predicted that The Robert Davi Show would be “the most successful show I have ever launched, and, if you don’t believe me — you can stick it in your pipe and smoke it.”

“Robert is irreverent, endlessly funny, yet always keeps you on the edge of your seat; he ‘makes the speakers disappear’ and in radio this ability is rare beyond jewels,” Masters said in a statement.

Davi’s show airs from 3-6pm Pacific Time. Listen to his first broadcast below.
