Fox News host Megyn Kelly is set to produce a new comedy series centered on a group of overwhelmed journalists who cover elections out on the presidential campaign trail.

Kelly and producer Michael De Luca (50 Shades of Gray) will produce six half-hour episodes of Embeds for Verizon streaming service Go90, according to Variety, which first reported the news.

The series reportedly follows “five young reporters who are in way over their heads as they find themselves shaping the future of the country while experiencing raucous adventures in an unexpected world of sex, drugs, and swing states.”

While big-name politicians and pundits are expected to make cameos on the show, producers told Variety they hope the series will also appeal to viewers who may not be interested in politics.

Former CNN correspondent Peter Hamby and Scott Conroy, co-author of Sarah Palin biography Sarah From Alaska, reportedly created the series and co-wrote the pilot episode. Kelly, De Luca, Hamby and Conroy are all represented by CAA. CAA’s Bruce Vinokur and Elizabeth Newman reportedly brokered the deal between the parties.

Verizon hopes to have the first episode of Embeds available for streaming on Election Day.

Kelly has branched out into other business opportunities in recent months. In February, the Fox News star landed a reported eight-figure book deal with HarperCollins. The book, due out in November, is said to address her role in the the 2016 presidential race, in which she has sparred with Republican candidate Donald Trump, along with other aspects of her career in political journalism.

Kelly is also producing and developing a scripted series with Kevin Spacey at Fox Television. That series, called The Residence, centers on a cross-generation story of White House staffers and their interactions with the First Families that come and go through the years, and is described as an American version of popular British series Downton Abbey.

Earlier this month, Kelly signed on as a client of powerhouse publicist Leslee Dart of 42West, whose other clients include Tom Hanks, Martin Scorsese, Woody Allen and Meryl Streep.
