NEW YORK — During a radio interview, comic legend and political pundit Jackie Mason jested that Hillary Clinton’s staff was granted immunity more times than the entire U.S. mafia.
“She and everybody she is involved with answers no questions and when they do they all have to get immunity for it,” he stated. “John Gotti never asked for immunity as many times as everybody who works for her. The whole mafia never collected immunity that much.”
Mason was speaking during his regular segment on this reporter’s talk radio program, “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” broadcast on New York’s AM 970 The Answer and NewsTalk 990 AM in Philadelphia.

“You would think that when the government is questioning people the people that they’re questioning are asking for immunity. This is the first time that the people who want to run the government are themselves asking for immunity.
“Imagine that you’re in charge of the government and you can’t talk without immunity? Imagine if she had a press conference tomorrow if she became president. And before she answers a question at the press conference she would have to ask for immunity. And then she’ll say, ‘Here is my assistant who will answer a question.’ And he asks for immunity. This is this will be the first time we have a government where the president and his whole staff will never answer a question without immunity.
“Even though she committed perjury because under oath she lied to Congress. And then there was obstruction of justice. Because when they asked for the emails they were all destroyed… So, after committing perjury and obstruction of justice the truth of the matter is that this is the first time that a person will become the president and be elected and impeached on the same day.”
In the case of Clinton’s private e-mail server, the Justice Department granted immunity to Clinton’s fixer and lawyer Cheryl Mills. FBI Director James Comey later testified that the immunity was provided to gain access to a laptop computer that may have otherwise been tied up for years in litigation.
Ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson was also granted immunity.
Citing House Judiciary sources. FoxNews.com reported the immunity deals for Mills and Samuelson came with a side deal that guaranteed the destruction of their laptops after their devices were searched, and it limited the timeframe within which the computers could be inspected.
