Former Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick issued a strongly-worded denial Thursday after a second woman came forward this week to accuse the actor of rape.

Former actress Aurélie Wynn took to Facebook Wednesday to publicly accuse Westwick, 30, of raping her during a gathering at a home the actor was renting in 2014. Actress Kristina Cohen had also accused Westwick of rape this week.

“And like Kristina, I said no and he pushed me face down and was powerless under his weight,” Wynn wrote on Facebook. “I was wearing a one piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock.”

The actress wrote that she was told by friends not to go public with the claim, because no one would believe her and people would think she was “just out trying to get my 10 seconds of fame.”

But Westwick, who also denied the first claim from Cohen, slammed the allegations in a post to his Twitter account Thursday.

“It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct,” Westwick wrote. “I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.”

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the LAPD is investigating the first claim from Cohen, who accused Westwick of raping her at his home in the Hollywood Hills three years ago, as she napped in a guest bedroom.

“I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to f*ck me,” Cohen wrote on social media. “I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me.”

Westwick played Chuck Bass on the hit teen series Gossip Girl, which ran for six seasons between 2007-2012. The actor twice won the Teen Choice Award for Best TV Villain for his role on the show.

The rape allegations against the actor come as numerous celebrities and prominent figures from the entertainment and media industries have been accused of sexual misconduct in recent weeks.
