CNN's Don Lemon Tries, Fails, to Understand the Debt Debate in Rand Paul Interview

“Let’s do this interview without talking points, let’s just talk to each other, OK?”

Is Don Lemon serious? He interrupted Paul constantly; no one wants to hear Lemon try to argue (instead of interview) with Paul and try to pass it off as a Q and A. We want to hear Paul answer.

Lemon tries (does he though?) to contain his bias but it comes off as exasperation due to his bias. He either doesn’t know enough or care enough about the policy at hand to ask Paul about it, so he sticks with the frosh “who’s to blame?” and “do you know how the people feel?” It’s an embarrassing interview for Lemon and a wasted eight minutes of air time.

When you can make Al Sharpton’s half-witted rambling monologue on goal posts seem more professional by comparison, then you know you need to reel it in.
