CNN, ABC News Bury the Lede: On Getting Economy Moving, Voters Trust Romney Over Obama 53% to 40%

Buried in the middle of this article posted at ABC’s The Note, you will find, in my humble opinion, the real news in this story, and it’s likely buried because it’s horrible, terrible, not-so-very good news for the MSM’s Precious One:

CNN/ORC poll asked voters who they saw as best able to “get the economy moving.” Just 40 percent chose Obama, while 53 percent picked Romney.

This is major news for two reasons. First, Barack Obama sits at a lowly 40% on what is going to be the most important question of this campaign. Secondly, Mitt Romney, the GOP frontrunner, is polling over 50% on this question.

What else is 2012 going to be about? I know the MSM is going to try and sell what’s left of their souls to make it about anything else, but good luck with that.

But, in defense of ABC News, they were likely following the lead of the very organization that commission the poll, CNN. The cable news network did the exact same thing. Buried deep in the third to the last paragraph, is the only real news to come out of this poll:

“But on the economy – issue number one to most Americans – Romney has a clear advantage. 53% say the former Massachusetts governor can get the economy moving; only 40% say that about President Barack Obama,” says Holland.

CNN admits this is ISSUE NUMBER ONE and yet ISSUE NUMBER ONE sits in PARAGRAPH NUMBER TEN.

Actually, every one of Obama’s MSM Palace Guards buried this news.

Well, they have to.

The last thing the MSM wants is a narrative created that says Americans have no confidence in Obama’s ability to get the economy moving and a whole lot of confidence in Mitt Romney’s.

Even if it’s true.
