One thing we can all agree on: Piers Morgan is pretty impressed with himself.
In an interview with London’s TV Magazine, the CNN host suggests that members fo the fairer sex are also quite smitten with the anti-gun advocate:
“I’ve always been a huge sex symbol, so it comes as no surprise to me that I’ve now got a fan club from the opposite sex — and the same sex as a matter of fact,” he grins.
“I’ve had the odd pair of knickers sent to me. It’s a perk of the job.
Taking a quick look at the breakdown in cable news ratings, it appears CNN is still struggling with the all-important 25-54 demographic but still coming in strong with the 55+ crowd. Given the laws of probability and the pool of viewers Morgan is appealing to, it’s most likely that the knickers he gets in the mail do not look like this:
