CNN Broadcasts Recorded Anchor Blunder

CNN anchors Brooke Baldwin and Jake Tapper did nothing wrong here. The segment was being recorded for later broadcast and restarts are part of that process. The inexplicable blunder is that, according to Inside Cable News, CNN actually broadcast this mess:
