New Mexico House Judiciary Committee To Hold Public Hearing On Gun Control Measure

New Mexico State Representative  Miguel Garcia’s gun control bill, HB 77, will be heard by the House Judiciary Committee on Monday, January 28. According to the NRA – ILA the bill would “regulate all private gun transfers, establish a state registry of lawful firearms owners and tax legal gun purchasers.”
