'Killing Season' Is the New Normal

In response to Chicago gangsters obviously don’t listen to their elders: I know, John. And what’s even worse is that the so-called “Killing Season” that used to be the dangerous summer months where most of Chicago’s homicides occurred, is now the norm. And the media doesn’t give a flying flip. And so far into his first term, Rahm has avoided political backlash for his abject failure to clean up the streets.
