Why are second amendment supporters afraid to discuss Gabby Giffords when talking gun control? It is a tragedy what happened to Mrs. Giffords. As a result of being shot by a deranged Jared Lee Loughner she suffered a physical disability.
Can someone who is physically disabled handle the weapon in a safe manner and especially when under a stress as in self defense?
How do you create a test and determine the level of disability based on motor functions?
What about the possibility mental stress from dealing with her situation?
Should her and her husband’s guns be removed from the house?
If she recovers fully, how is it determined that they should have their guns back?
Which agency does all of this?
