'Drama Queens' Fight For Parental Custody in Florida

A Miami-Dade judge has just ruled on custodial rights for a two-year old girl that was in the middle of a bitter adoption fight between three gay individuals.

The case between the gay male sperm donor, Massimilliano Gerina, and the Lesbian mother, Maria Italiano, her partner, Cher Filippazzo, who has just be awarded ‘sole parental responsibility,’ has just been settled out of court, giving the father limited visitation rights.

Hopefully these two parties will realize that the scope of their individual responsibility now includes the caring of an infant. In addition, the three must now find a way to put aside their differences and take into consideration the girl’s immediate well-being, and upbringing until she reaches the legal age to be on her own.
