Source: Senators Discussing How To Wrap Up Late Night Filibuster

Update – Sen. Paul shut down debate after a 13 hour filibuster at about 12:45 am late Wednesday light.

——

Senator Rand Paul (R – KY) has been filibustering President Barack Obama’s CIA Director nominee John Brennan since 11:47 AM on Wednesday.

Sources on the Senate floor told Breitbart News late Wednesday night that Senators are discussing whether to shut down the debate soon after midnight. The situation, however, is still fluid and could change at any time.

Paul, with the help of other GOP senators, are discussing the dangers of the administration’s drone program and are demanding to know if the drones could be used to kill Americans on U.S. soil.
