VICE and long-form journalism

A month ago, Lisa challenged us to think about the lack of long-form journalism in conservative media.

Given that long-form journalism has been the path to success for VICE–which does some of what we do here, and in something like the same spirit, though on the left–I thought it might be good to renew the topic.

Here’s my preview of the new VICE show, which premieres tonight on HBO.
