CUMBERLAND COUNTY (WTVD) – A 20 year-old man is facing felony charges for allegedly breaking into a school and stealing lollipops. Justin Statton Files of Fayetteville has been charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and possession of stolen goods. In addition to the lollipops, Statton Files also stole a blue colored ball. The collective loot is valued at $3.20.
His bond has been set at $5000.
