LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Police say a woman who was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving is facing more than just a DUI charge after becoming unruly during a field sobriety test. LMPD pulled over 37-year-old Shakira E. Beeler, after they noticed her car swerving all over the road as music blared.
According to the report, Beeler smelled strongly of alcohol, had difficulty turning the music down, finding her ID and practically fell on the ground when police asked her to exit the vehicle. She then refused to take a field sobriety test yelling “I ain’t doing no slavery s**t” and “this is some slavery s**t.” Eventually officers were able to get Beeler into the patrol car where her tirade escalated and she threatened officers, saying that she would “f**k up your children and your husband.”
She was taken to Metro Corrections where according to officers, she once again, became unhinged, forcing them to cuff her to a bench. She then allegedly pulled down her pants and urinated all over the floor garnering her an indecent exposure charge.
