Cops: Man Exposed Genitals When Asked If He Had Weapon

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Responding to a reported verbal dispute at a local convenience store, police found 28-year-old Charles R. Miles yelling at a woman who was sitting in a car. Officers say Miles smelled strongly of alcohol and when they approached and asked him if he had any weapons, he allegedly pulled down his shorts and underwear, pulled up his shirt and began yelling “I ain’t got s*** on me.” 

According to police, patrons and juveniles were exposed to his lack of weapons. 

Miles was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.

No weapons charges were filed.
