Throw All of Them In Jail For Doing It

Minneapolis Police have slapped a man with a $115 ticket for spitting his nasty saliva on a sidewalk.

The man was a good sport about it, saying that it was the law, and that laws needed to be enforced.

While I agree with the law, I think that all of those fools littering sidewalks with their cigarette butts should face the electric chair. Not really, but I really hate it when the flick those cigarette buts on the street and sidewalk, instead of  butt receptacle.
