Hugh Hewitt Emceeing Cruz And McConnell Events

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) will be addressing the Claremont Institute’s Winton Churchill dinner on Saturday night at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, as well as receiving the Churchill award from the organization. Interestingly, radio host Hugh Hewitt, who also endorsed Senator Mitch McConnell (R – KY) and is throwing a fundraiser for the Minority Leader next week, is emceeing the Saturday night Claremont event–an odd set of circumstances for Hewitt, considering the political friction between the players involved.  Cruz responded to the mysterious images of him that began to pop up
around Thursday night in Los Angeles around various locations. :
