Maryland Grocery Store Limiting Itself to 49 Full-Time Employees

Snider’s grocery store is a family owned store in Maryland. Over the weekend WBFF Baltimore reported that the Snider’s owners are avoiding future Obamacare taxes by keeping their total number of full-time employees to forty-nine.

As the story points out, the employer mandate has been delayed until 2017. Given the number of times rules and deadlines have suddenly changed, the owners are choosing to play it safe.
