Brat Wins in Virginia – Cantor Goes Down!

Republican voters in Virginia just sent a powerful anti-amnesty message to the GOP.

Dave Brat, a political novice campaigning on a shoe-string budget, warned voters that a vote for Cantor is “a vote for open borders and lower wages,” and voters responded by giving him a stunning victory, tonight

Brat, a college economic professor, defeated House Majority Leader Eric Cantor – and it wasn’t even close.

On Fox News moments ago, Chris Stirewalt noted that Brat will be a strong candidate in the general election with no baggage to speak of, and because the 7th District is a Republican-leaning district, he will likely win in November.
