A Michigan man leaving a Halloween party was struck by a car andsent to the hospital after trying to scare motorists while dressed up as azombie.
While there is no excuse for the driver of the car to have leftthe scene of he incident, the guy he hit should be jailed for just beingstupid.
How close do you think this guy was to the vehicles he wastrying to scare?
Maybe the guy isn’t really that stupid. Maybe he was just alittle drunk?
