California Killings: Self-Described 'Polite Gentleman' Aimed to Kill Entire Sorority

Some of the deaths on Friday night in Santa Barbara, allegedly caused by a 22-year old loner with a hand gun, may have actually been due to injuries sustained by being struck by his careening vehicle, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff Bill Brown said, “It’s a combination of people suffering from gunshot wounds and others who received some traumatic injuries that… may have been struck by the vehicle.”

As reported earlier by Breitbart News, at least seven people have been killed, including the suspected murderer, Elliot Rodger, who went on a shooting spree at 9:30 PM in Isla Vista, near the campus of University of California, Santa Barbara.

Moreover, in a Saturday morning news conference, Brown stated that in addition to the seven dead, seven people were wounded during the incident. The sheriff added that, after reviewing evidence including a video entitled “Elliot Rodger’s Retribution,” the attacks were a “premeditated mass murder.”

In the video, Rodger cites that his primary motivation to create mayhem was due to being rejected by women and peers, and that he was humiliated by still being a virgin at the age of 22. The ultimate annihilation of his classmates and his desire to inflict chaos and death on all of humanity would be deserved retribution and make him like a god.

“I will be a god compared to you. You will all be animals. You are animals, and I will slaughter you like animals. I hate all of you. Humanity is a disgusting, wretched, depraved species,” Rodger says. “Yes, after I have annihilated every single girl in the sorority house, I’ll take to the streets of Isla Vista and slay every single person I see there.”

According to the Times, the self-implicating video was tagged by Elliot Rodger as a “Political Theorist, Philosopher, Writer,” who was “a sophisticated, polite gentleman, unlike most boys my age.”
