SURFERS’ COVE, California — Perfect surf conditions were reported Friday morning at Surfers’ Cove, off the Pacific Coast Highway in Pacific Palisades. Dozens of surfers hung out throughout the morning, many without wetsuits in warmer-than-usual conditions.
Elsewhere, the UN Security Council debated the Ukraine-Russia crisis over a downed passenger jet, and pundits argued over the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas.
