The Los Angeles Occupy movement is staging a protest today in Los Angeles in response to the Ferguson, Missouri grand jury verdict not to indict Darren Wilson for the death of 18-year-old Micchael Brown. Protesters will be gathering at the corner of MLK Blvd and Crenshaw in South Central Los Angeles at 3 pm.
The Occupy crowd has been using social media to inform the public of their overall disappointment with the events leading up to and the aftermath of the verdict. The theme of the March is: “We Didn’t Get It….It’s Time to Shut It Down.”
