Bay Area employees are trading in their caffeine for dancing with a new trend that has hit San Francisco: early morning dance parties, minus the booze.

Partiers can hit up the dance floor as early as 6:30 a.m. and go until 8:30 to 10 a.m. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Bay Area office bees can groove their way into an energized workday thanks to two different groups, Daybreaker San Francsico and Morning Gloryville San Francisco, that are hosting these parties once a month.

Attendees can reportedly enjoy smoothies, coffee, massages and even yoga, so long as they bring their own yoga mats.

When asked the purpose of the wildly-popular party event, Morning Gloryville San Francisco head producer McKenzie Brill explained:

Teachers, techies, physicians, health and wellness practitioners and more attend these pre-work “pick me up” dance parties. The absence of alcohol makes it easier for the groups to host events in a wide array of places throughout the Bay Area. One recent party hosted by Daybreaker took place on a Hornblower Yacht.

Daybreaker San Francisco and Morning Gloryville San Francisco will reportedly host anniversary parties this June.
