The Paris Fashion Week robbery of Kim Kardashian appears to have involved a 5-man team taking control of the l’Hotel de Pourtalès; gaining access to Kardashian’s room; putting a gun to her head, tying her up and escaping with $10 million in jewelry.

Kardashian was staying in a rented luxury apartment at a private mansion that is locally referred to as the “No Address Hotel.” The facility is located on Rue Tronchet in Paris’ 8th arrondissement. Its official name is l’Hotel de Pourtalès.

Kardashian is a social media icon that regularly “scapes” her days and nights to over 50 million social media followers worldwide. She began Sunday morning by attending the Balenciaga designer show on Sunday morning, where she shocked the audience by sitting in the front row without make up.

Kardashian later joked on Twitter as she left the show that her huge bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, “consistently photobombs” her should-be solo paparazzi pics. Kardashian complained that he “is always in my shot!” It is believed that Duvier stayed constantly close to Kardashian from early Sunday morning until late that evening.

Kardashian went back to the “No Address Hotel” in the early afternoon, where she changed into a lacy and silk lingerie-inspired look. She was then driven to the Givenchy SS17 fashion show, where she sat in the front row to watch her younger sister Kendall Jenner strut the runway in honor of Jenner’s September “cover shot” for Vogue Magazine.

Transported back to the “Hotel,” Kardashian seems to have then made another trend-setting outfit change for the late afternoon social media updates on Snaphat.

Kardashian then changed into her final outfit of the day, in what was described as a risqué all-matte python ensemble. She was driven from the “Hotel” in the early evening with Duvier to attend an exclusive dinner hosted by fashion designer Azzedine Alaia at his Paris home.

In what appears to be Kardashian’s last social media post before the robbery, she shared a video of herself “FaceTiming” with her future sister-in-law Blac Chyna, who was in Los Angeles, California hosting a celebration at her baby shower.

CNN is reporting:

“The French Interior Ministry said five men threatened the mansion concierge with a weapon, handcuffed him and forced him to open the private apartment. Two of the men were able to gain entry to Kardashian West’s room, according to the Paris prosecutor’s office, and a gun was held to her head…. She was locked in a bathroom while the men took two cell phones and jewelry worth millions of dollars.”

The New York Times added that Kardashian was alone in her room at about 2:30 a.m., when the intruders were let in under duress by the concierge. She was tied up and gagged and then three of the intruders “left on foot, and two on bikes.”

It is estimated that about $10 million in jewelry, two cell phones and a “wallet that contained credit cards” was taken. Kardashian West’s spokeswoman said that the celebrity was “badly shaken but physically unharmed” following the incident.

Kardashian, accompanied by body-guard Duvier, was flown from Paris to New Jersey’s Teterboro Airport where she met her husband Kayne West. The couple then returned to their Manhattan apartment in a 15-car motorcade.

CNN reports that “authorities in Paris have not…said if anyone has been arrested in connection with the heist.”
