Gulf Cartel Boss Reacts After Breitbart Report: ‘I’m a Drug Trafficker, Not a Terrorist’

REYNOSA, Tamaulipas — Less than two days after Breitbart Texas reported on the Gulf Cartel talking about possibly using car bombs near the Texas border, the crime syndicate has responded claiming they are not behind kidnappings, extortions, or car bombs. Breitbart Texas called the Mexican cartel “narco-terrorists” in a report. The cartel responded by asserting that they are drug dealers and not terrorists and they implied that the Mexican government leaked the recorded phone call to “electronic media” in an effort to smear them.

Groups of women and children are showing up at the border in Laredo, Texas, and seeking out Border Patrol agents to turn themselves in. U.S. authorities are releasing them into Texas. The numbers and methods of the illegal entries are reminiscent of the beginnings of the 2014 border crisis, according to Border Patrol agent Hector Garza. Vast Mexican Cartel Meth Operation in U.S. Spanned Oregon, California and Texas

A massive Mexican cartel methamphetamine (meth) ring has been busted by U.S. authorities in the state of Oregon that spanned from the Mexican state of Michoacán through Texas, California, and Oregon. Court documents obtained by Breitbart Texas reveal that 24 defendants have been charged and many of them are illegal aliens. The case involves hundreds of pounds of meth and shows collaboration between several Mexican cartels and U.S. gangs.
