The Dutch authorities overpowered a man who claimed to have a bomb at the Amsterdam Schipol airport.
According to the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, a departure hall in the airport had to be evacuated while the threat was dealt with — but it is now open again.
Departures and Arrivals 3 were evacuated due to a bomb threat. The police (@Marechaussee) arrested the suspect. Departures and Arrivals 3 are now being opened again for operation.

The suspect is now in custody. No name or description for him has been issued at this time, nor any motive or terrorist affiliation.
