An elderly UKIP supporter is fast-gaining online fame after being photographed sticking two fingers up to anti-UKIP protestors in Swansea.
The unidentified lady was been wheeled into a UKIP rally in her wheelchair when she was berated by protestors claiming that Nigel Farage’s party is ‘racist’.
The protestors held up signs from the hard-left Socialist Worker Party which read: “UKIP go home” and “No to Racism”. An LGBT flag and the flag of one of Britain’s largest trade unions, UNISON, can also be seen in the background.
But the elderly lady was having none of it, sticking two fingers up to protestors in defiance, as a UKIP rosette-clad man ushered her inside.
The South Wales Evening Post reported: “[Protestors] seemed to see the funny side though. The wheelchair-bound woman was one of a number of people attending the Liberty Stadium event.
