An English restaurant chain has launched a new ‘super-burger’ that features cuts from nearly every part of a cow.
For £25 ($42), diners at Red’s True Barbecue, which has restaurants in the northern cities of Leeds and Manchester, can try the ‘Holy Cow’ which contains 17 different types of beef.
Ingredients include carpaccio beef and olive, Texas-smoked brisket, pickled tongue, pulled beef rib, Wagyu rib eye steak, beef bacon and ‘Juicy Lucy’ (melted cheese inside a steak burger).
According to the restaurant’s Facebook page, the burger will only be available for one day – Father’s Day this Sunday.
Scott Munro, master of meats at the restaurant, said: “For any kids wanting to get props on Father’s Day, The Holy Cow burger is a gift that keeps on giving. It’s a complete religious eating experience, a journey through the tastiest cuts of beef, and something the old man will never forget!”
