Wrong War, Wrong Country: Iran Instead of Libya

The United States, first under President George W. Bush and now under President Barack Obama, has blown it again. Rather than taking out the head of the snake — and the key to Middle East stability — which is the Islamic Republic of Iran, the current administration has now committed American military resources to a country of marginal importance to the nation.

To the contrary, rather than removing the radical mullahs in Iran — who are executing and murdering their own people at the rate of one every eight hours, and have been doing so for many years — the Obama administration has justified the invasion of Libya as a humanitarian mission. Why is it then that Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton develop a great ‘humanitarian’ concern about Libya, but get down on their knees in appeasing the Neo-Nazis that are furthering a genocide among the student and other freedom movements in Iran? This is an ‘enigma’ that Freedom Watch is investigating.

It is not a minor matter to commit American military resources. They should be committed to the most important objectives; which in the case should be to remove a radical Islamic regime bent on not only the destruction of Israel, but also the United States and the west in the name of its perverse version of Allah.

This is not a Happy Persian New Year for the Iranian people, when they are forced to endure the administration’s weakness toward freedom in their country.
