Malcolm X's Grandson on Iranian TV: US Murders Blacks

El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, Malcom X’s grandson, stated on Press TV, Iran’s television network, that blacks are murdered in the United States while their murderers go unpunished because the system is unjust. This was in response to the Trayvon Martin incident:

There are hundreds of black Americans who are being murdered in the United States every year with impunity. And police officers serve no time. They always get off.

And he didn’t stop there. He also compared the U.S. justice system, to China’s:

The United States has more people incarcerated than anywhere else in the world. It has more people incarcerated than China, and China has the most people in the world.

Not done, he lambasted the justice system for acting penny-pinching to the criminals preying on society who languish in jail:

And in these institutions people are forced to work for pennies on a dollar.

He asserted that the only slaves left in America are those who serve time in jail, that a small cadre controls everything in the US, and most astonishingly, that the perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks were not Muslims.

Muslims didn’t do 9/11. They had nothing to do with 9/11 … If you make research you’ll see everything that was utilized in 9/11 pointed back to the United States — the flight training, the visas, the planes they used, everything came from the United States … Muslims cannot take such action against civilians. And anybody who would take such actions against civilians is not a Muslim … And the people who were involved in 9/11 were agents of the United States, the CIA or whatever other three-letter organizations they have in this country.
