Israel Defense Forces (IDF) report that “civilians in Israel’s northern region faced rocket fire from Southern Lebanon … short time ago.”
According to IDF, “three or four rockets were fired over Israeli territory,” and one of them was intercepted by Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense system.
That missile was intercepted between the cities of Acre and Nahariya.
IDF reports that initial assessments show that “terrorists linked to the Global Jihad Movement were responsible for the rocket attacks.”
