Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka and tax minister Oleksandr Klimenko made a scene at the Donetsk Airport when they tried to flee Ukraine in February. They toppled the metal detector and fought with security guards.
Both were forbidden from leaving the country after the new government in Kiev ousted Russian-backed President Viktor Yanukovych on February 22. Both were close allies with Yanukovych and were pushed out of their positions.
Security guards almost caught Pshonka and Klimenko, but their bodyguards opened fire on the guards. This allowed the men to escape. No one knows where they are.
Here is the recently released video:
Yanukovych is currently in Russia. After Pshonka was overthrown, Ukrainians toured his extravagant mansion, which was filled with religious artifacts. Yanukovych’s mansion was also on display and featured many luxurious items, including a classic car collection.
