Islamic State Posts Pictures, Video of Children at Training Camp

Two videos related to ISIS were released on Monday. A Twitter account for the Islamic State posted pictures and a video of a training camp in Ninevah and Al-Arabiya released a video with the real wife of ISIS’s leader.

The training camp in Ninevah is filled with children.

On July 16, the ISIS released a video with white Bosnian Muslim children chanting “Allahu Akbar” and wave the ISIS flag. There are reports of children and young adults leaving the comforts of the West to join the ISIS’s jihad.

Then there are parents who leave their Western life to raise children in the middle of a warzone. Early Monday morning, a British mother showed off her four-year-old son with a gun.

In June, The Daily Beast reported the newest ISIS recruit was only ten-years-old named Abdullah.

“Our children don’t waste time on electronic games or on watching cartoons,” a gunman said for Abdullah. “They have a dream and their dream is to establish an Islamic state. We have a lot of hope for Abdullah and other children his age. We believe they will conquer all of Iraq and Persia and that they will liberate Jerusalem.”

The second video is from Al-Arabiya. The video shows the actual wife of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi after other outlets mistook another woman for her. Her name is Saja al-Duleimi and the video shows she was present during a hostage exchange in March. Popular Syrian activist Hadi al-Abdullah confirmed her identity.
