Authorities have not specified any known reason for the collapse as of press time, and the fire continues to rage. Many are speculating it could be a product of a gas explosion. CBS News is reporting that the address of the building is 125 Second Avenue, that it was both residential and commercial, and that the building had a stop-work order issued on it.
