The Daily Mail continues to release bits of a 22-minute video that shows the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) massacre at the Speicher military base in Tikrit. This time the clip shows a 12-year-old boy killing people and throwing bodies into the Tigris River.

The militants led the young cadets in a single file to the edge of the Tigris River. The boy put a gun to the heads of two people and shot them. The bodies were then kicked into the river.

Masked terrorists slaughtered 1,700 young Shi’ite Muslims at the base. In the video, young men plead for their lives as militants drag them off a truck. The terrorists bind the men’s hands behind their backs and gag them. A man, whose face is completely covered, “lectures the young cadets” before an unmasked gunman shoots them to death as a masked man waves the infamous black ISIS flag.

“This is a message I address to the whole world and especially to the Rafidha dogs, I tell them we are coming,” stated one of the masked men. Rafidha is a derogatory term used against Shi’ites.

Government officials recovered 600 bodies after they captured Tikrit, the hometown of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, in April. Loved ones have been unable to recover bodies thrown into the river.

The body count puts the massacre as one of the deadliest in Iraq in the past decade. A court in Baghdad sentenced 24 men to death by hanging due to their role in the slaughter.
