LOS ANGELES, May 20 (UPI) — Fresh Prince of Bel-Air alum Alfonso Ribeiro has been named the new host of America’s Funniest Home Videos.
The announcement was made on Tuesday night’s Dancing with the Stars Season 20 finale.
Ribeiro, the actor who won Season 19 of DWTS, will be taking over this fall from departing AFV emcee Tom Bergeron, who is also the co-host of DWTS. Bergeron has presided over AFV since 2001 and joined DWTS in 2005.
