Amy Poehler tells Jimmy Fallon her biggest fear: ‘Being mistaken for J-Lo’

NEW YORK, Dec. 10 (UPI) — Amy Poehler and Jimmy Fallon tested their honesty in a candid game of Truth or Truth.

Poehler appeared on The Tonight Show Wednesday to promote her new comedy Sisters, also starring Tina Fey, and was challenged to the game by Fallon who believed himself to be a more honest person.

In the regular sketch, which pits Fallon against his guest, Poehler was asked about her biggest fear. “Easy, being mistaken for J-Lo,” she said of Jennier Lopez. “And then being asked to dance. And dancing better than J-Lo and J-Lo being angry. I don’t want J-Lo to be angry at me.”

Next it was Fallon’s turn to reveal some secrets when the Parks and Recreation star asked him, “Where is someplace you’ve never had sex?” The late-night host responded, “In my 20s.”

After a few more rounds, Poehler explained how Truth or Truth is the perfect game for her. “I’m too old for dares, I’m too smart for lies, I’m too quick–,” Poehler began before Fallon interrupted, “Don’t read your lower-back tattoo.”

“You’re right, you’re right,” she replied. “I shouldn’t say my tattoo, I should live it.”

Sisters opens in theaters Dec. 18. During the film’s New York premiere Wednesday night, Poehler’s co-star Fey got down on one knee and pretended to ask for her hand in marriage. “In the state of New York, it’s legal now,” Fey said to roars of applause.

When discussing their new film, the pair also joked about how long fans might have to wait to see them together again on screen. “Amy and I vow to make a movie every seven years until we make 100 movies,” Fey said, alluding to their last on-screen pairing in 2008’s Baby Mama.

“Or we lose a pact with the devil and one of us ages,” Poehler added.
