NEW YORK, April 9 (UPI) — Spike TV has released a hilarious video showing how Emily Blunt prepared to face off against Anne Hathaway on Thursday’s episode of Lip Sync Battle.
The clip reveals how anxious and competitive the Into the Woods actress feels before taking the stage and channeling the late singer-songwriter Janis Joplin. A tiny snippet of music played at the end of the video suggests Blunt performs the Joplin anthem “Piece of My Heart” in the upcoming episode.
Footage of Hathaway lip-syncing to Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” was released earlier this week.
