Romania Stray Dogs Seagal

A picture taken on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013 shows U.S. actor Steven Seagal holding Grivei, a stray dog he adopted from the Dogtown dog shelter in Uzunu, south of Bucharest, Romania. The dogs have been in the news after a 4-year-old boy was fatally mauled by a stray in August and Parliament passed a law allowing for Bucharest’s 64,000 street dogs to be euthanized.
