LOS ANGELES, Dec. 18 (UPI) — Audrina Patridge and fiancé Corey Bohan are expecting their first child.
The 30-year-old television personality announced the news by sharing a photo of herself holding her pregnancy test Friday, writing, “I finally figured out what to get Corey for Christmas! #babyontheway.”
“I was super excited,” she added to Us Weekly magazine. “I asked him to have a look at the test and make sure I wasn’t seeing things. You never really expect it to say ‘Pregnant.’ He had a big smirk on his face and was really happy about it.”
Patridge and Bohan have been an on-again, off-again couple since 2008, and got engaged in November. The television personality told People her beau proposed while they were out to dinner with her parents in the other room.
“The waiter lifted the silver cover and I saw the ring in a box with white rose petals on the plate,” she shared. “Then Corey dropped to his knee and said, ‘We have been together for many years now and I love you more than anything. I want to spend the rest of my life with you — will you marry me?’”
Patridge came to fame on MTV reality series The Hills, and later appeared on ABC competition Dancing with the Stars Season 11. She has since starred on the short-lived VH1 show Audrina, and was made the new host of NBC travel series 1st Look in 2014.
